Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content featured on this website including but not limited to text, product designs, logos, graphics, artwork, and digital files (collectively referred to as “Website Content”) is the sole property of The Products Boxes or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, store, modify, transmit, reuse, download, or redistribute any Website Content without prior written permission. All product templates, dielines, and custom designs created by us remain our proprietary assets. These are not sold or transferred to third parties.

Order Processing, Payment & Proof Approval

Our products and services are fully customized. We begin production only after:

• Full payment is received (including applicable taxes and shipping fees).
• The customer has reviewed and approved the final design proof (digital or printed format).

Once proof is approved and production is initiated, changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated. However, you may cancel the order within 4 hours of proof approval. After this period, the order is locked for production and cannot be reversed.

Payments must be made using a valid credit/debit card or a verified payment method. We reserve the right to suspend any order until payment is verified.

Return & Reprint Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and refunds are generally not permitted. However, if you receive a defective product or an item that does not match your approved specifications, you must notify us within 3 business days of delivery.

To be eligible for a reprint, you must:

• Submit photo evidence clearly showing the defect.
• Ensure that the complaint is reported within 7 business days of receiving the package.

If the issue is verified by our Quality Control team, we will reprint the order at no additional cost. The decision to reprint is made solely at the discretion of The Products Boxes management. Refunds and store credits are not issued under these circumstances.

Design Files & Templates

Any design work completed by The Products Boxes—including layouts, dielines, and templates remains the intellectual property of the company. These materials are not for resale, redistribution, or commercial reuse unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Customer-supplied artwork is the responsibility of the client. We are not liable for print errors due to low resolution, incorrect file setup, or unsupported formats if files were not reviewed or approved properly before printing.

Limitation of Liability

The Products Boxes shall not be held responsible for:

• Delays caused by carriers, weather disruptions, customs, or force majeure.
• Errors in content provided by the customer, including typographical, design, or formatting issues.

Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the cost of the product or service paid by the customer.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
